Since we have been home...

We got home and hit the ground running. The boys and I did a week of Vacation Bible School at church and had great time. I taught a great group of kids and the boys had a blast with their little friends. We have filled our afternoons with gymnastics, swim lessons, and soccer. We have a 50 things of summer list we are trying to accomplish. It has kept us busy trying new things and having a ton of fun in the process.

 Slip N Slide fun

I had to run to Napa to pick up a gift so we took a walk downtown one Saturday morning.

We took a ride on the carousel.

We have spent time in the kitchen making granola and salsa.

Shaving cream slip n slide kept them entertained for hours!

Cohen was Scott's helper fixing the sprinkler head.

We did some water table print painting. Just a way to get messy and an excuse to have to use the hose :)

Where's Cohen?!

We have been telling Bryton that pay back is coming :)

Lake days with friends are the best!

Arkansas

From New York, we headed south to Arkansas. We did a little visiting in Little Rock before heading to see Honey and Poppy. Spending time with the Riley's is always a blast! We got lucky this time and got to see everyone while we were there.
Brook and Lynn were in town, so it was an extra special visit! We had a little baby shower for Brook and Lynn took some family photos for us (which turned out amazing despite Cohen's craziness!).
After a few days in LR, we headed down to Helena for a fun week of playing at the Inn with Honey and Poppy! The boys love to run crazy and help Tammy the house keeper. We rode bikes, went to the pool, went on the nature trails, did crafts, went fishing and ate too many Popsicles to count. It is always an adventure :)
Off on another adventure!
Camden and Hunter took Bryton on a boat ride out on the lake.
Kelsey and Cohen fed the ducks!
Aunt Marilyn is always a favorite :)
Together again after WAY too long!
Cohen loved riding the tricycle around Honey's new porch
Honey had activities set up for each day. We painted birdhouses and she has them hanging on the fence to show all her guests.
We played in the sprinklers nearly every single day.

Riding bikes!

We went fishing, but didn't get any bites. It sure was fun though!
We went on a nature  hunt on the trails and had so much fun. Honey had us printed lists of what to look for and paper sacks to collect our stuff. The boys loved it! We even saw a deer cross in front of us.
Honey and the boys!
Bryton helped Tammy every day. He insisted on getting a picture with her before we left for the airport. Each morning he couldn't wait for her to arrive so he could "get to work".

New York

On June 15th, we headed east for a week in New York. We didn't have anything on the agenda and it was so nice to have an open week to hang out. The day after we got there was Father's Day, so Scott got to spend Father's Day with his Dad and brothers who are all now Dads. They spent the afternoon on the golf course and then we had a nice family dinner. The rest of the week we relaxed and took it easy. The cousins played and we went to the park, zoo, strawberry picking and taking walks. It was a much needed week of just being together. I didn't take too many pictures, but here are a few that I did take while we were there.
Happy Father's Day!
We finally got to meet cousin Mateyo!
We went strawberry picking.
It was perfect weather for a day at the zoo. Camille and Bryton were joined at the hip. They loved having each other to play with for the week.
We celebrated Scott's Dad's birthday while we were there also. Here he is with the 3 boys!
G-gram loved having the great grand-babies around for the week.
Nana and Bryton always go to mall to ride the carousel.
Cohen loved that Daddy didn't have to leave for work every morning.
Scott and I  went out on our anniversary. Happy 8 years to us!

First of June

Like always, I am playing catch up! Here are pictures back from the first few weeks of June before we left for our trip to visit our families.

We went to a charity event that was a so much fun! It was a hoe down theme that included getting to ride the mechanical bull. It was so much harder than I thought it would be, but so much fun! It was a great night and they raised a lot of money for a great cause.

Bryton and I made "fluffy stuff". It was cornstarch and shaving cream that was fun to manipulate into snowballs.  It provided an afternoon of fun when it was too hot outside to play.

We love going to the Lowes Build and Grow clinics. Cohen has started getting his own set to build too. He loves getting to use his own hammer. I am not sure who has more fun, Scott or the boys :)

Water balloons are the new favorite around here. We greeted Scott with a bowl full of them for a water balloon fight one night after work and since then they want to do them every day. I can have 50 made and they pop them within 2 minutes....but those 2 minutes are a ton of fun!

The boys went to a park play date birthday party to celebrate  Macy's birthday.
